Office of Student Conduct
The Office of Student Conduct promotes personal responsibility and encourages honesty, integrity and respect among our students. Student Conduct is responsible for holding undergraduate students accountable for academic and non-academic violations of university policy, which flow from Duke's honor code (the Duke Community Standard). The disciplinary process is designed to be an educational one by which individuals or groups recognize their mistakes and learn from them. The Office of Student Conduct also serves as an advocate for and resource to student victims of crime, illness, harassment, or other crises.
