Stella By Starlight takes home "Best Music On Campus" Woodie

The mtvU Woodies gave a number of artists their chance to shine on November 8 at Roseland Ballroom in New York.
Duke University's own Stella By Starlight took home the Best Music On Campus Woodie, an award hand-picked by college students across the US. Other winners included Madvillain for Left Field Woodie, Guster for Good Woodie, Muse for Performing Woodie and Spoon for Alumni Woodie.
The show, which included performances from Lupe Fiasco, Tokyo Police Club, the Academy Is..., Spank Rock and Rilo Kiley, will air on mtvU and mtvU.com November 15, with a half-hour special set to air on MTV November 17.
Stella By Starlight is comprised of Duke students Sonny Byrd, Nathan Fowler and Greg Laird.
mtvU is a television network for students at universities and colleges across the country.
