Citrus Ginger Glazed Salmon
Ingredients
--2 Tbsp brown sugar
--2 Tbsp Orange juice
--1 Tbsp lemon juice
--½ tsp ground ginger
--2 – 6 oz wild salmon fillets
--Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Spray a broiler rack with cooking spray and preheat broiler
2. Season salmon with salt and pepper
3. In a small bowl mix together brown sugar, orange juice, lemon juice and ginger to form the glaze
4. Brush fish on both sides with the glaze and broil 6 inches from heat for 5-6 minutes per side. Fish should be moist and flake easily.
