Duke University is home to 400+ recognized student organizations, which foster student interaction and exchange, exploration of a variety of interest areas, understanding of the principles of organizational structure and management, and development of valuable collaboration, leadership, and communication skills.



2013-2014 Student Organization Registration is Now Open! 

Have you transitioned leadership? Want to sign up for the fall student activities fair? It’s time to re-register your organization on DukeGroups.com. Login and search for your organization and click “register this organization”. EVERY UNDERGRADUATE GROUP (SOFC-recognized, SOFC-chartered, Greek, DUU, DSG, etc.) must reregister to stay compliant with the Student Activities Office. All groups that have not reregistered their organization will be frozen starting May 17th.

DukeGroups

Student organization information is housed in the DukeGroups database.

(If you don't see your organization in the DukeGroups directory, please login and submit your group for listing.)

DukeGroups allows organizations to:

• Display their information in the public listing
• Display their information in the space reservation approval list
• Store important documents (constitutions, rosters, minutes, etc.)
• Advertise events (both public and private)
• Manage and contact membership
• Register for Student Activities Fairs, training sessions, and other UCAE-sponsored opportunities
• Coordinate online polls and elections

DukeGroups allows students to:

• Find information about any Recognized Student Orgainization
• Create an Involvement Record
• Manage & track involvement
• RSVP to events
• Create an individual profile

All student organizations must go through an annual training to ensure compliance with the appropriate policies.
