A healthy mind, body and spirit are the foundation of success. As Duke students--undergraduate, graduate and professional--you have available a broad range of health services, program and resources to use help, guide, motivate and otherwise provide positive habits that can lead you to good health today, and for a lifetime.

On Wednesdays throughout October, Student Affairs, health related student groups, and other partners on campus that play a role in student health and wellness will be "camped out" somewhere on campus (they won't be hard to find) with fun and engaging health activities addressing social, spiritual, community, self-care and authenticity, among other aspects of health.

  • October 2: A Health and Wellness Social outside Wilson Rec
  • October 9: A Tent Revival, location TBD
  • October 16: Community and Identity, location TBD
  • October 23: Making Connections, location TBD
  • October 30: Unmasked, the Authentic You, location TBD
