Introducing our “Dynamite Dining Devil” program where each week we will feature a Duke Dining employee recognized for going above and beyond in the workplace. This week’s “Dynamite Dining Devil” is Residential Dining Sous Chef, James Prince!
James was nominated for always going above and beyond with our students that have food allergies and displaying an enthusiastic attitude in making sure those students are taken care of. James recently received recognition from a mother of a student with food allergies for providing a tour of Marketplace and personally preparing her meals. James is always willing to help where needed and his passion for taking care of our students is inspiring.
