Subject: DKU Student Arrival: Entry Testing, Check-In, and Move-In

Sent: Monday, August 2, 2021

Dear DKU students,

We are so excited to welcome you to campus soon. We're writing to share important information about your arrival to campus, including checking into your campus residence hall, completing your entry test for COVID-19 (which is required for all students), and moving in.

Please note that while all of you need to do these three things--entry test, check in, and move in--the process of how to do this will differ depending on your class year (first-year or upperclass) and what day you arrive on campus. Please find the section below the signature of this email to find the process that is right for you. Don't forget to bring a mask to your check-in and entry test. At the very bottom of this email, we've included more detailed information about downloading your mobile DukeCard, as well as Duke's vaccination requirements.

As a reminder, all plans, processes, and guidelines--including testing processes, masking, and other protocols--remain subject to change based on the continually evolving pandemic landscape. Be sure to check out Duke’s COVID-19 website for information and updates. Thank you for your continued partnership in helping keep the Duke and Durham communities safer.

Sincerely,

Office of Duke Kunshan University Relations
