I am honored to serve Duke University CAPS as a psychology intern for the 2021 – 2022 academic year. I am currently a PhD candidate from the University of Texas at Austin. I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Texas, and previously received a Master’s of Science in Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.

I specialize in helping students navigate academic, emotional, and physical performance, mood and anxiety dysregulation, and relationship concerns. I approach counseling relationships by partnering with individuals to address both the superficial and substantial parts of the obstacles to living and feeling well. This often includes addressing the intricacies of identity, environment, hopes, and practical indicators of health.

Outside the office I attempt to run, swim, or bike, when I can, but if I cannot I’m content to sit down and watch anime, television, or movies. I feel most full when I’m with my friends and family, so I attempt to maximize my experiences with those closest to me whenever possible.
