CMA Spaces

The CMA offers reservable programming space for students, faculty, and staff with a variety of amenities, including:

Attention: All CMA reservations must be made within 48 hours of your meeting/event. 

CMA Main - 0010

The CMA features moveable furniture for personal relaxation or programming needs. There is a television with cable and two computers for visitors to use. Whether you want to drop in to study or eat lunch, have a small group gathering, or provide a training session in a comfortable, relaxed, environment, this is your space to reserve. Also available is double door access for overflow into the CMA Atrium. This is an excellent place for a small reception.

CMA Conference Room

The CMA Conference Room is located in between CMA BASE and UCAE Business and Finance. Featuring a conference table that seats 22, a couch and additional chairs for seating, a drop-down projector screen, and cabinet space, the CMA Conference Room is an ideal location for student organizations and departments to convene for meetings and/or presentations.

CMA Resource & CMA Patio- Room 0010B

The CMA Resource Room can be configured in a number of ways.  It includes 8 flip-top rectangle tables to seat 15-20 conference meeting style or up to 40 chair arranged theater style.  There is a built-in, drop-down projector screen with surround sound audio system.  This room is flexible in creating space for a staff meeting, presentation, movie showing, or open floor concept.

The CMA Patio is great space to host your outdoor events. This space offers limited seating with tables, chairs and an extensive built-in concrete bench. Exterior outlets are available for additional lighting or sound.

CMA La Casa - 006A

CMA’s La Casa primary focus is to serve and preserve the history, culture, and experience of the Latinx communities.  The new space works towards providing an inclusive environment for all students.  La Casa offers a meeting room, library, and study room.  La Casa is reservable to students and student organizations for events and meetings, and is open for all to study and lounge.

CMA AAPI BASE - 005A

CMA’s AAPI BASE (Asian American Pacific Islander Bridge to Action, Solidarity, and Education) primary focus is to serve and preserve the history, culture, and experience of the AAPI communities.  The new space works toward providing an inclusive environment for all students.  BASE offers a meeting room, library, and, study room.  AAPI BASE is reservable to students and student organizations for events and meetings, and is open for all to study and lounge.

CMA Garden Room

The CMA Garden Room is located next door to CMA La CASA with a soon to be mural accent wall. There are two orange couches with accent pillows, a round coffee table, a white narrow table with four rolling chairs that face a glass wall that looks out to the lower level of the Bryan Center.
