The Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards makes available an online form for reporting incidents involving students and/or student organizations. Anyone with a Duke NetID may use this form to report an incident.
Upon receiving a report, Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards staff and/or Housing and Residence Life (HRL) staff will respond as appropriate. You will be asked to authenticate your identity before being directed to the online incident report form. If you have any problems accessing the form or authenticating your identity, please contact us.
If you are not a member of the Duke University community or do not have a NetID, you may report incidents involving students by emailing details to email@example.com. Any individual who wishes to ensure that his/her report is sent automatically only to the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards should email firstname.lastname@example.org in lieu of completing the online form. If you wish to file a report anonymously, you may do so through DukeReach by clicking here. Please note that Duke encourages individuals who are reporting a crime to provide identifying information.
