Thank you for your interest in holding your event at the Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity. Please read through the following information carefully. The meeting room includes a large conference table which accommodates 14 people comfortably. A perimeter of chairs may be set up surrounding the conference room to accommodate a total of 28 people. The Meeting room includes a projector which and has audio/visual capabilities with an hdmi/vga plug to connect to a laptop.
The programming space can be configured in a number of ways. It includes 2 large sofas, 4 lounge chairs, 10 folding 6’ rectangular conference tables, 13 rolling conference chairs, 72 stackable chairs, 1 coffee table, 3 end tables and a podium. The conference room has a projector and audio/visual capabilities with an hdmi/vga plug to connect to a laptop or other devices. Equipment provided includes a cable tv receiver, DVD player, CD player, and a microphone.

After confirming room availability during your desired time-slot, please fill out the Reservation Request Form to request use of the Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity. Brittney will confirm your reservation has been received. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact Brittney.
