Our Mission

Fraternity & Sorority Life at Duke complements the mission of the university with the development of partnerships, student advocacy, and educational programming through:

  • Cultivating excellence in leadership and civic responsibility
  • Developing an appreciation for diversity through a greater understanding of self and others
  • Enhancing personal, academic, and social wellness

I. Create individualized leadership plans with incoming chapter presidents & council officers

II. Develop specialized class year programs on leadership & professional skills
