  • The Duke University Career Center engages graduate and undergraduate students and alumni in discovering and determining what is meaningful and valuable in their lives and applying this to careers. 

Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity

  • We strive to achieve an inclusive campus climate for students, staff, faculty, and alumni with marginalized sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions through education, advocacy, support, mentoring, academic engagement, and providing space.

Center for Multicultural Affairs

  • The Center for Multicultural Affairs (CMA) promotes community engagement, multicultural education, leadership development, and social justice education among the student population.

  • CAPS helps Duke students enhance strengths and develop abilities to successfully live, grow, and learn in their personal and academic lives.

Duke Dining

  • Duke is home to one of the most innovative, dynamic, and cutting edge collegiate dining programs in the country. Our goal is to provide a delicious, nutritious, affordable community dining experience, no matter where you choose to eat on campus. 

Duke Reach

  • DukeReach directs students, faculty, staff, parents, and others to the resources available to help a student in need. 


  • DuWell helps students focus on their individual wellness by looking at the integration of many areas of their life, including financial, social, spiritual, intellectual, mind-body well-being, and the environment around them. 

Fraternity & Sorority Life

  • Fraternities and sororities have historically been a large part of campus life at Duke University by sponsoring inter-campus events, hosting parties, and performing community service.

Housing & Residence Life

  • Housing and Residence Life manages all aspects of the university’s three-year undergraduate residency requirement. Residential programs are designed to build positive communities that value learning, create new opportunities for faculty engagement, and generate positive social connections.

Jewish Life at Duke

Mary Lou Williams Center for Black Culture

Muslim Life at Duke

  • Muslim Life at Duke is committed to enriching the lives of Muslim students and the whole campus through events and activities that cater to the spiritual, social and intellectual needs of Duke students.

Office of the Vice President

  • The Division of Student Affairs is critically engaged in all aspects of students’ lives and collaborates with students, faculty, staff, alumni, parents, and many others in the delivery of key services and support to students and all whom the Division serves.

Resource Administration

  • Resource Administration is a collection of central service units that support the work of Student Affairs departments through strategic resource management, collaboration and partnerships with staff and other key stakeholders.

Student Health

  • Student Health at Duke University is jointly supported by the Division of Student Affairs and the Department of Pediatrics. We are the primary source for a wide range of healthcare services, many of which are covered by the Student Health Fee.

University Center Activities & Events

  • UCAE creates opportunities for students to expand their knowledge and skills outside the classroom. We're here to help you gain new skills and pursue interests through student group involvement and leadership opportunities, and have a good time doing it.
