Leadership Training

Duke University believes strongly that every student and member of the Duke community, can grow and enhance their leadership skills. The Center for Leadership Development does this through our signature programs, as well as offering trainings to the entire Duke community, making leadership accessible to all.

We are excited to bring you dynamic, engaging, and developmental training experiences that can support you and your constituents. Our training experiences, based in the Duke University Leadership Framework (link to the summary page for this), can help a leader at any stage of their development. So whether it is through a department, student organization, classes or individual consulting in the form of a 1-hour workshop, or a day-long retreat, we look forward to being able to help you on your path! We have supported a variety of groups across campus over the years, so please see a sample list below.

In order to request a training, please complete the Qualtrics form by clicking here. For any questions or additional information, please email Brian Lackman at brl21@duke.edu.
