Fall 2020 Update
Due to University and City guidelines, space configuration changes and current event best practices, we have removed the reservation calendar from our website. The majority of our event spaces (including Penn Pavilion, Brodhead Center meeting rooms, and HRL spaces) are offline for the Fall 2020 Semester. If you want to inquire about an outdoor space for the fall semester, please email email@example.com with the space and date of interest.
For Spring 2021 semester reservations, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. At this time, all reservations made will be tentative and subject to cancellation pending University needs and policies.
For future reservations, you can still find information about our spaces at eventservices.duke.edu. Please note, room capacities do not reflect physical distancing configurations.
