Duke Launch is an on-campus leadership service staffed by trained Launch Student-Agents under UCAE. Our dynamic student team works within UCAE to support student groups and individuals on campus by providing our expertise on leadership and involvement at Duke. We do this in 2 parts.
First, we seek to help student groups and campus organizations solve their issues and achieve full potential by providing important resources and leadership skills through team-building retreats, special events, and workshops. Additionally, Launch can also help you with budgets and finance, recruitment, retention, membership engagement, transitioning, and more.
Second, we serve as an information hub for students and campus organizations to discover what Duke’s campus has to offer by providing individuals with connections and resources through one-on-one personalized appointments. Our appointments team holds meetings with groups applying to be Recognized or Chartered by SOFC, as well as personalized campus engagement appointments, individual appointments, groups appointments, retreat appointments, or general leadership/group related appointments.
